Discusses findings from the March 2008  conference, "Boom, Bust and Beyond: Women's Perspectives on the Mountain Pine Beetle," at the University of Northern British Columbia about the social, economic and health-related impacts of the mountain pine beetle  infestation in Northern British Columbia, and to identify issues and concerns as described by women in beetle-affected communities.
