South Asian Women's Centre
Offers multilingual and culturally sensitive information, referral, and support services to women who are from, or who trace their ancestry to, any of the countries of South Asia (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan). Undertakes advocacy, public education, and awareness work on issues that affect South Asian women such as violence, racism, immigration, and unemployment. QWOC: Queer Women of Colour

Forms an organization for Aboriginal, mixed-race, racial, ethnic and cultural minority women and girls who are questioning their sexuality and/or who identify with bisexual, dyke, transgendered, queer, lesbian. A Victoria-based social and political group that promotes awareness and action around queer and racial issues.

Asian Community AIDS Services

Aims to empower Filipino women to understand the roots of their challenges as migrants, immigrants, women of colour and low-income earners, and to collectively assert their struggle for their rights and welfare.
Alliance for South Asian AIDS Prevention
Works toward preventing the spread of HIV and AIDS in South Asian communities, principally in the greater Toronto area. Offers programs in preventive education, advocacy, resource development, volunteer development, and support for people living with HIV and AIDS. Immigrant, Refugee and Visible Minority Women of Saskatchewan
Works to raise public awareness about issues affecting immigrant, refugee and visible minority (IRVM) women. Promotes the participation of IRVM women in Canadian society. Provides education, counselling and language classes. Administers the Health of Immigrant Children Project. Undertakes research and public advocacy activities on issues concerning IRVM women. Helps womens from Asian backgrounds by breaking social isolation and assisting then to integrate into Canadian society/culture. Provides access to programs and services and to assist in dealing with issues of common concern.

Japanese Mother's Self-Help Group
Provides a self-help group for Japanese speaking women who share the bond of being mothers stuggling with communications with their partner, domestic violence, single motherhood and other types of family or relationship problems. Professionally facilitated. (See Details)
