Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Council Inc. (MIIC) promotes and supports the protection and resettlement of refugees and offers a range of services that welcomes and assists refugee newcomers in their settlement and integration into Canadian society. MIIC strives to enable independence and full participation of these newcomers in our community.

Provides speaker series and forums addressing issues and concerns of immigrant and visible minority women. Also produces a newsletter.
(See Details)Supports Chinese and South Asian women in taking greater control of their lives. Provides cultural and language specific services. These community determined strategies are developed and delivered by immigrant women.
(See Details)Works to enhance sense of self-esteem and health by placing women's health into women's hands. It is a participatory centre for women of diverse backgrounds and needs. Constantly challenge our assumptions and analysis and we are committed to being advocates for change in our community.
