Autonomous network of groups and individuals in every continent who are working for and support reproductive rights for women. Reproductive rights means women's rights to decide whether, when and how to have children - regardless of nationality, class, ethnicity, race, age, religion, disability, sexuality or marital status- in the social, economic and political conditions that make such a decision possible. We build links and exchanges between new and existing groups and individuals, national and regional networks in order to break down isolation, deepen our understanding of the issues, share knowledge, skills and experience, and work together internationally to acheive our aims; Attend, support and initiate meetings on Women's Health and reproductive rights at regional and international levels; Organise and participate in international actions and campaigns; Respond to requests from Network members for international solidarity on reproductive rights issues at crucial moments in their campaigns and activities, ie: to fight court cases; Publish a newlsetter to keep everyone informed; Collect and exchange information on reproductive health issues, medical and social research, and laws, policies and services in every country, as well as on Women's Health groups and organisations involved in reproductive health and rights work, on their campaigns, activities and services; Collect and exchange publications and other materials produced on these issues; Respond to requests for information.

The Pro-Choice Action Network (formerly the B.C. Coalition for Abortion Clinics) is the political and activist wing of British Columbia's pro-abortion movement.
 
Supported by donations and individual members and donors, along with thousands of dollars of tax-payer money, it was responsible for the establishment of B.C.'s first free-standing abortion clinic, the Everywoman's Health Centre.

The National Association of Women and the Law (NAWL) is an incorporated not-for-profit feminist organization that promotes the equality rights of Canadian women through legal education, research, and law reform advocacy.
Created at a conference held at the University of Windsor law school in 1974. Since then NAWL has used its unique research and educational strategies to raise public awareness about legal issues affecting women.
Has played a major role in the following milestones towards Canadian women's equality:

  • inclusion of Sections 15 and 28 in the Charter of Rights & Freedoms,
  • amendments to sexual assault laws,
  • positive changes to family law and to the Divorce Act,
  • rape shield legislation, and
  • criminal harassment legislation.
